- Provide World-Class service to clients – ensuring the highest satisfaction, trust, and sales volume increases.
- Actively manage entire client experience from first-meet to transaction close – ensuring seamless, responsive, and excellence in service delivery.
- Be a local expert – provide expertise, answer client questions, and provide assistance in subject matter knowledge for all assigned local neighborhood/area(s).
- Perform consistent lead generation activities and lead follow-up to grow sales pipeline.
- Ability + Willingness to learn new tools, systems, technology, and techniques to increase lead generation, capture, conversion, and sales volume.
- Exceptional Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation Skills
- Previous Sales or Service Experience with demonstrated strong work ethic
- Growth Minded with highly developed organization, time-management, and detail-oriented abilities
- Trustworthy, Transparent, and Accountable
- Current Drivers License AND reliable personal transportation
- Oregon and/or Washington Real Estate Broker License (or completed within 30 days of hire)
